Shipping policy

At MemeWear, all of our products are made to order. This means that when you place an order, the item is printed and prepared exclusively for you. Because of this, the total time it takes to receive your purchase depends on two factors: Production Time and Shipping Time.

1. Production Time (Order Processing) Once your order is confirmed, our printing partners begin production. This process typically takes 2 to 7 business days. As soon as your order is packaged and leaves the facility, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Times & Methods Once the product leaves the printing facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • US Shipping:

    • Economy Shipping: 4 to 8 business days.

    • Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days.

    • Express Delivery (US Continental only): 2 to 3 business days (this option prioritizes and speeds up both production and transit times).

  • International Shipping (Rest of the World):

    • Typically takes between 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the shipping method selected. If your order includes different types of products, they may be fulfilled by different printing facilities and arrive in separate packages. This will be reflected in your final shipping total.

4. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders) For shipments sent outside the United States or the origin country of the print provider, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival. These additional charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking & Delayed Orders It can take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping notification. If your order has exceeded the maximum estimated delivery time and you haven't seen updates on your tracking link, please contact us at memewear.cl@gmail.com and we will investigate the status of your shipment immediately.
